Wont work now

Ive had this app for a long time and love it.
All of a sudden- now when I open the app, it goes to the site where you can now buy app for 99cents.
But it wont allow me to make a new icon.
I have the app for my ipad and iphone and I cant use either.
I have deleted the app and gone back to the App Store and re-downloaded it but get same reaction.

Please help.

Support wont work on bottom of app.
